BYU BASKETBALL INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

1. GENERAL. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Supercuts BYU Basketball Internet Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 16, 2009 and ends on December 20, 2009. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Supercuts, Inc. 7201 Metro Boulevard Minneapolis, MN 55439 (the "Sponsor") and is hosted by Brigham Young University Athletics (BYUA) (the “Host”) at http://www.supercutsbyutickets.info. Host’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Utah who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry and not minors under the laws of their state of residence at the time of entry and who have internet access at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and franchisees of Sponsor and Host and their respective promotion and advertising agencies and prize suppliers or fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production and administration of the Sweepstakes and the awarding of prizes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entities are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and outside of the state of Utah.

3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, visit http://www.supercutsbyutickets.info, link to the sweepstakes entry page, and follow the entry instructions, including providing your full name, age/birth date, e mail address, full mailing address, and day/evening telephone numbers (with area codes). Only online entry is permitted. Please review the Privacy Policy posted at www.supercuts.com before providing any personal information. All personal information submitted is subject to Supercuts privacy policy. Limit one (1) entry per person per day and per e mail address. Proof of emailing or electronic submission does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) at time of entry of the e mail address identified in the entrant’s entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e mail account governing the e mail address was opened. Sponsor may require proof from a potential winner that he/she is the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm CST on December 20, 2009. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Host. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions using automated and/or repetitive electronic submission methods from any related e-mail or IP addresses may be blocked.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. A total of five (5) potential winners will be randomly drawn by Sponsor or its designee during the weeks of November 16, 2009, November 23, 2009 and December 21, 2009 from all eligible entries received at the time of each such drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing. Sponsor or its designee will attempt to notify winners by telephone and/or e-mail during the weeks of November 16, 2009, November 30, 2009 and December 21, 2009. One winner will be drawn per week from all entries received at the time of each drawing. The winner drawn the week of November 16, 2009 will receive the prize package described in paragraph 5 below for the game on November 17, 2009; the winner drawn the week of November 23, 2009 will receive the prize package described in paragraph 5 below for the game on November 27, 2009; three winners will be drawn the week of December 21, 2009 each winner will receive the prize package described in paragraph 5 below for one of the following games: December 8, 2009, December 17, 2009 and January 2, 2010. All decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to Sweepstakes and cannot be appealed. Winners will be required to respond to the prize notification by e-mail and/or telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners will also be sent (via e-mail or overnight courier) an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (a "Release") for winner and guest(s). Guest (or parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) will be required to execute and return a Liability and (where not prohibited by law) Publicity Release and any other required releases. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a minor guest. All Releases must be returned to Sponsor no later than three (3) days after receipt by winners. Unless prohibited or restricted by law, winners and guest(s) will be required to complete and return the Releases within the time period specified herein. A prize will be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries in the order in which they were received if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached within the above stated deadlines; (ii) fails to sign and return Release as required pursuant to these Official Rules (if guest fails to return a properly signed Release, guest will not be allowed to accompany winner); or (iii) cannot or will not accept or receive the prize for any reason. Eligibility, age, and all claims made by a potential winner and guest are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent prize notifications made by persons other than Sponsor. The contact information (email address, telephone number, mailing address) provided by each entrant on the Sweepstakes entry form shall serve as the contact information of record in respect of all communication with each entrant. Changes to such contact information may serve as a basis for disqualification.

5. PRIZES. Five (5) First Place Prize Winners will each receive one (1) prize package to a specified BYU Basketball home game (as outlined in Paragraph 4 above). Each prize package includes: Four (4) tickets to the specified basketball game (ARV $20 for 4 tickets), a $30 voucher for food at the game, and a poster autographed by member(s) of the BYU Basketball Team (poster has no ARV.)

All details of the prizes are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items specifically mentioned herein. Winners are responsible for all expenses and taxes not specifically included in the prize package, including, without limitation, all air and ground transportation to and from the football game, overnight hotel accommodations, parking, meals, tips, souvenirs, beverages, phone calls, incidentals, any travel insurance and other type of insurance and all other expenses. Only the prize winner may redeem the prize. Prize winners cannot sell, barter, exchange, assign or transfer prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The total ARV of all prizes is $50. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith estimate of the approximate retail value thereof.

6. ODDS. The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.

7. CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes is subject to these complete Official Rules. By participating, entrants and guests agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. All decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to Sweepstakes and cannot be appealed. By participating and/or accepting a prize, winners and guests agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and Host (including, without limitation, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities) and their respective directors, employees, officers, franchisees, licensees, licensors and agents, advertising and promotion entities, prize suppliers, fulfillment agencies and any person or entity associated with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes, (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, bodily injury, personal injury, death, disability and property damage), costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, settlement and disbursements) directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the redemption, awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse, loss or misdirection of prize or any portion of the prize and participation in any prize related activities and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages (unless such waiver is otherwise prohibited by the winner’s state of legal residence). Releasees are not liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part hereof by reasons of any act of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-government entity, equipment failure, terrorist, acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any similar or dissimilar event beyond Releasees’ reasonable control (including game cancellations or rescheduling). Releasees shall not be liable for any loss, misdirection or damage to baggage. Sponsor reserves the right to use the Sweepstakes for publicity purposes in any media, and to use the names, likenesses, and hometown names and/or prize information of winners and guests as part of that publicity, without any notification, compensation, prior review or approval unless prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating or attempting to violate these Official Rules. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; or (iv) any printing, human, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Minnesota. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Minnesota. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

8. WINNERS LIST. For the name of the Sweepstakes winners, available after January 30, 2010, send your request in a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Supercuts BYU Football Internet Sweepstakes Winner’s List 7201 Metro Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN 55439. Request must be received by March 31, 2010.
